Spanish rice recipe from Laurel's Kitchen cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

3 cups brown rice
30 oz Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
1 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Quality Spices Cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

Saute onions & pepper (chopped) in oil. Add garlic and spices, saute until fragrant. Add tomatoes and heat through, simmer. Mix in cooked rice.
