Rice with some stuff added to make it more exciting. Good with steak or Mexican/Southwestern dinners.

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Rice

96 g green bell pepper, finely diced
60 g onion, finely diced
85 g frozen corn
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp celery salt
100 ml canned diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spanish Rice

  1. Brown the vegetables (except tomatoes) in half the oil.

  2. Cook the rice separately with the water.

  3. Season rice, then add tomatoes and other vegetables.

  4. Stir and cook on low heat until heated through.
