Rice, hamburger, tomatoes cheese and salsa make this a good dish

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish rice casserolle

14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
15 ounce bush's black beans
2 cups White Corn and Black Bean Salsa
2 cups shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat
3 cups birds eye steamfresh southwestern style rice
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced

Recipe Directions for Spanish rice casserolle

  1. saute onions in olive oil

  2. add beef and garlic until browned

  3. add rest of ingred. except cheese

  4. put in dish and top with cheese evenly over top

  5. bake in 350 degree oven until hot about 30 to 40 min
