Recipe Ingredients for Spanish rice & beans

1/2 c onion
1/2 c celery
1/2 c bell pepper
2 t canola oil
2 tsp chili
29 oz tomato
3/4 c brown rice
14 oz kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Spanish rice & beans

  1. saute onion, pepper, celery in oil

  2. add chili, tomato, rice & beans

  3. bring to boil. simmer covered 25-35 minutes
