Spanish omlette cooked by me almost no butter

2 egg
2 oz sweetcorn
1 oz pepper
2 oz potato
2 oz onion
4 oz mushroom

Recipe Directions for Spanish omlette

  1. chop ingredients.

  2. Cook in fluid in pan

  3. Add small amount of butter

  4. Cook egg one side. Grill on other.

  5. Serve with salad
