3 large Egg, Whole
1 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Spanish Omelette with a Twist

  1. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil until soft.

  2. Beat the eggs. Mix with the vegetables in a large bowl.

  3. Make the omelette in a non-stick pan. Use a large plate to flip it halfway through.
