2 eggs
1/2 potato
1/2 tomato
1/2 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
20 grams olive oil
5 grams salt
2 slices salami
5 grams pepper
20 grams lemon

Recipe Directions for spanish omelette

  1. slice potato

  2. boil potato slices.

  3. add potato slices to pan with oil.

  4. add onions, tomatoes and garlic, cook till tender

  5. beat up eggs

  6. add potato and salami to egg mixture, coat evenly

  7. add eggs to pan, cook on low heat

  8. cook both sides

  9. season with pepper and lime juice
