Spanish meatballs in a slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Meatballs

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
12 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Products
10 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 large Egg, White
1.5 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Spanish Meatballs

  1. Cut up tomatoes and finely chop onions. Put tomatoes, tomato paste and half of the onion and put in the crock pot. Add 1/2 of all the spices.

  2. In a large bowl, mix meat with bread crumbs, and remaining spices. Form into 1 inch balls and saute in a non stick skillet until browned on all sides. Add to the crock pot and let cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serving is per meat ball.
