2 cups Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf, cooked
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tomatoes
2 cups tomato juice
1 tbsp garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for spanish kashi pilaf

  1. cook garlic in olive oil

  2. add onion, bell peppers and tomatoes, cook until soft

  3. add tomato juice and bring to boil

  4. add kashi and cook til done
