Recipe Ingredients for Spanish Fish and Beans w/ Potato

16 oz Tilapia, raw
1 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
12 oz Cannellini Beans
12 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 oz Seasoning
2 oz Sofrito
1/4 medium White Onion

Recipe Directions for Spanish Fish and Beans w/ Potato

  1. Saute onions until clear

  2. Add diced potatoes, cook half way

  3. Add wine, sazon, sofrito, tomatoes

  4. Add beans and raw fish

  5. Cook on low for 30 min

  6. Serve
