Recipe Ingredients for spanakopita pie

50 g phyllo dough
210 g spinach
200 g feta cheese
50 g parsley
50 ml olive oil

Recipe Directions for spanakopita pie

  1. brush both sides of filo pastry (phyllo dough) with the olive oil - make pastry into 4 sheets.

  2. lay two sheets down on oiled pie tray.

  3. chop up spinach, parsley and feta cheese and mix together then add to tray.

  4. cover with the other two sheets of filo pastry.

  5. cook for about 35 mins at 190 degrees C.
