Recipe Ingredients for Spagnetti squash w. zucchini and chickpeas

3 c spaghetti squash, cooked
450 g zucchini, grated
50 g bacon bits
3 cloves garlic
1 c chickpeas, canned
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Spagnetti squash w. zucchini and chickpeas

  1. Sautee garlic in olive oil and lemon juice

  2. Add the zucchini and sautee until soft but still bright green

  3. Keep adding the chicken broth as needed to keep the mixture moist

  4. Add spaghetti squash, season and add bacon bits (you can add parmesan cheese as well)
