Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti (whole grain)

1/2 lb Barilla Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti Pasta
1/4 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef
26 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti (whole grain)

  1. Set water to boil. Add spaghetti to boiling water. Boil for approx 7 min.

  2. Chop onions and garlic and saute until onions are transparent.

  3. Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Stir in tomato sauce and brown sugar. Reduce heat. Let simmer for 5 min.

  5. Drain spaghetti and add to meat sauce. Let simmer another 5-10 min.
