tomatoe, garlic, white wine and clam spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients for SPAGHETTI VONGOLE

200 g spaghetti
130 g baby clams
5 g stock
120 g tinned tomatoes
2 pinch of salt
2 pinch of black pepper
1/3 cup white wine
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for SPAGHETTI VONGOLE

  1. lightly heat oil

  2. saute crushed garlic

  3. add tomoatoes, stock, salt and pepper

  4. add wine

  5. add clams

  6. simmer on medium heat

  7. boil water for spaghetti

  8. cook spaghetti until al dente

  9. once spaghetti is cooked remove from stove drain and add to clam sauce, mix well and serve,, (chili can be added for extra flavour)
