Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti topping

280 g broccoli
8 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/16 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for spaghetti topping

  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. add chopped garlic and basil

  3. After a minute add all the vegetables

  4. saute for 4 minutes

  5. Add cooked garbanzo beans and mix the whole thing together.
