Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Tofu

0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
0.2 cup Nuts Pine
0.33 block Tofu, Extra Firm
0.5 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1/3 cup Stars
1 serving Diced Onions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Tofu

pour 1 tbsp of oil in pan and add diced onions. When transparent- add tomato sauce, broccoli, squash, spaghetti seasoning, minced garlic, and pasta stars. Add water if needed to cook pasta. Bread tofu and add to dish- stirring to coat tofu in tomato sauce.
