Classic tuna casserole with spaghetti squash instead of noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Tuna Casserole

3 cup spaghetti squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. tuna

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Tuna Casserole

  1. Baked the spaghetti squash in the oven at 375 F for one hour.

  2. Remove the squash, and allow to cool. Turn oven down to 350 F.

  3. When cooler, slice in half, lengthwise.

  4. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and 'guts'.

  5. Use a fork to 'shred' inner squash meat into 'noodles' and discard shell.

  6. Mix 3 cups of spaghetti squash, 4 oz. of tuna, 1 can of mushroom soup and approx. 8 oz of water in a bread size baking pan.

  7. Bake for approx 30 minutes.
