3 1/5 ounces shitake mushrooms
3 cups of spinach
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
8 cups spaghetti squash
1 cup of basil

Recipe Directions for spaghetti squash and shitake mushroom pesto

Cook spaghetti squash in oven. Cut mushrooms into strips. Chop up spinach and basil. Cook garlic in a little olive oil. Add mushrooms. Reduce heat. Add spinach and basil. Keep warm. Add to cooked squash.
