Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash

4 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp Sugar Light Brown
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash

  1. Slice full spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.

  2. Brush cut sides with EVOO and rub with brown sugar. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place squash cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 45 min or until tender.

  4. Let squash cool for 10 min. Scrape out lengthwise with fork.

  5. Add cheese, EVOO and salt & pepper to taste.
