Spaghetti Squash Recipe

When this squash is cooked it can be scraped from the skin in strands like spagetti. This recipe fills the squash with vegetables and a dressing so it can all be cooked together. It can also be topped with your desired pasta sauces and served instead of using pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti squash

1/2 cup (Kroger) Salad Dressing, Zesty Italian
1 medium squash
1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
1/4 cup green onion
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 cup bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti squash

  1. half the squash and clean out seed inside

  2. chop all other vegetables

  3. place chopped vegetable inside hollowed squash halves

  4. cover with salad dressing

  5. bake on 375 for 1/2 an hour

  6. drizzel olive oil on the edges of the squash

  7. continue cooking for another 15 minutes

  8. remove from oven

  9. scrape the squash into a bowl using a fork to remove the squash from the skin, trying to retain the strings.

  10. toss together and serve
