Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash

1 cup spaghetti squash
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash

  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds and gooey pulp in the seed cavity.

  2. Bake cut side down on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes until soft. Allow to cool slightly then take a fork and pull into strings.

  3. Serve up one cup of spaghetti squash with a serving of your favorite pasta sauce and some grated parmesan!
