Tanya's Spaghetti squash dinner with sausage

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti squash

1 c squash
2 oz sausage
1 bag zucchini mix

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti squash

  1. Cut one spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seed.

  2. add salt and pepper and bake cut side down with 1/2 inch of water in pan for 45-60 min at 350

  3. While that is baking slice sausage and still frozen squash mix in small pan on medium heat until heated.

  4. Scoop spaghetti squash out with fork and place squash/sausage mix on top. Enjoy
