Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Primevera

2 pounds spaghetti squash
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 onion
2 teaspoons garlic

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Primevera

Sautee onions and garlic until onions are tender. Add ground turkey and brown. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, and green peppers and simmer. Cut spaghetti squash in half and microwave upside down in a bowl with a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes. Scoop out inside of spaghetti squash and add to sauce mixture. Stir and enjoy!
