Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Pizza

4 cups Spaghetti Squash
1/4 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup Wheat Four, Whole grain
2 Egg Whites
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
4 Servings Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
4 Servings Hunts No Sugar Added Spaghetti Sauce
8 slices Tomato, Thin

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Pizza

  1. Cook squash and scoop out.

  2. Put squash in blender or food processor with egg whites.

  3. Pour into bowl and add cormeal, flour, and olive oil.

  4. Pour in 13X9 cake pan.

  5. Bake at 350 until just underdone.

  6. Top with spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and cheese.

  7. Bake until done.
