Pretty good and low calorie. We add two gourmet chicken sausages (Emerils or Members Mark, 120 calories each) but I couldn't find them in the database

40 oz. Spaghetti squash
2/3 cup pasta sauce
1 large tomato
1/4 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti squash with pasta sauce a la Giulia

  1. Prepare spaghetti squash per usual instructions.

  2. Saute onions in olive oil (add dices sausages if desired.

  3. Add other ingredient to onions and bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
