Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

4 c Spaghetti Squash (cooked)
112 g Ground beef
60 g Mozzarella, grated
1 c tomato sauce
200 g mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

  1. Place layer of cooked Spaghetti Squash into small square over proof dish. Cover with cca 1/3 c of tomato sauce.

  2. In small frying pan cook ground beef with mushrooms, add salt, oregano, hot pepper to taste.

  3. Add half of above mixture as another layer to lasagna. Cover with layer of Squash, add almost all tomato sauce, add meat/mushroom mixture,cover with last amount of Squash, spread remaining sauce over it.

  4. Bake in heated oven (an be toaster oven) at 350C for cca 40 min- 60 min. When ready, add cheese and put back into oven just to melt (oven can be off now).
