Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

11 ounces spaghetti squash
1 cup pasta sauce
15 ounces fat free ricotta cheese
3 cups baby spinach
1 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
3 ounces spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

  1. Cook 3 lasagna noodles. Cut in half. Layer sauce, noodles, spinach and ricotta cheese, ending with noodles and mozzarella cheese.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
