2 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
0.75 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread
0.2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
0.33 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 large Egg, Whole
8 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Dessert Cups

Combine all ingredients except brown sugar, blend. Pour into muffin tin, top with brown sugar. Bake for 15 min at 350. Serve with lowfat vanilla ice cream.
