Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash and Chicken

1 pound spaghetti squash
4 cups chicken breast
1 cup onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash and Chicken

  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half. Take out seeds.

  2. Bake the halves, rind side up, on 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

  3. Bake chicken at same time for 30 minutes or until done.

  4. chop garlic

  5. string out squash mix in garlic, spices, and chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.
