Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti squash chicken parmesan

12 ounces chicken breast
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 medium squash, winter, spaghetti
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 T garlic powder
3/4 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti squash chicken parmesan

marinate chicken, pierced in buttermilk, 1 hour at least. mic squash, cut in half, 25 minutes. Scrape with fork. Heat oven 375. mix 1/4 cup cheese, pwdr, and flour. Take chicken out, reserve milk. Coat in flour, dip in milk, coat in flour again. Place in sprayed baking dish. 2T sauce over each and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 min until cooked. Heat remaining sauce, serve chicken over squash.
