Easy, light and satisfying spaghetti squash dish

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash and Broccoli

3 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
4 tbsp Grated Romano Cheese
1 cup Broccoli
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash and Broccoli

  1. microwave spaghetti squash for 10 minutes or until cooked. Discard seeds and scrape squash and place in a bowl

  2. microwave broccoli until cooked.

  3. microwave butter until melted.

  4. Add broccoli, butter and cheese to the bowl of squash. Mix and serve.
