Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Bake

1 medium Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
2 cups spinach
6 oz. Louis Rich, Turkey Smoked Sausage
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic
1 cup vodka sauce

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Bake

  1. Cook Spaghetti Squash remove the seeds and put half of the "noodles" into a 2 qt. casserole dish.

  2. Layer sausage, spinach, and sauce.

  3. Top with remaining "noodles" and cover with cheese.

  4. Pour in milk and bake at 350 or until liquid is absorbed.
