Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Alfredo

2 tbsp. smart balance light buttery spread
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp. light cream cheese
4 cups spaghetti squash

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Squash Alfredo

  1. melt the spread and add the flour, stirring with a whisk until blended.

  2. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

  3. Add the chicken stock and whisk until smooth.

  4. Add the garlic powder and cream cheese and whisk until smooth and thickened.

  5. Toss with the spaghetti squash and serve immediately.
