Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti w/ shrimp & veggies

224 g spaghetti
210 g shrimp, frozen & cooked 40 shrimp
2 cups spinach
1 medium red pepper
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup leeks
5 oz fat free feta
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for spaghetti w/ shrimp & veggies

  1. boil spaghetti

  2. saute leeks

  3. add red pepper, mushrooms

  4. add flour - cook for 2 minutes, add chicken broth

  5. add spinach, shrimp and cherry tomatoes

  6. toss with hot pasta and feta cheese
