Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti with Scallions and Pinenuts

2 cups scallions
2/3 pound spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated cheese
2 tablespoons pinenuts
1/3 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti with Scallions and Pinenuts

  1. Cut scallions (you can use green garlic or wild garlic as well).

  2. Cook them in olive oil and a little salt.

  3. Boil lots of water.

  4. Cook the pasta "al dente".

  5. Roast pinenuts for few minutes.

  6. Mix pasta with scallions, serve with grated cheese and pinenuts.
