Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 Carrots
1 stalk celery
1/2 pound 85% ground round
1/3 cup white wine
56 oz crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sweet basil

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti sauce

  1. Saute vegetables until tender

  2. Add ground beef and brown

  3. add wine and let absorb

  4. add tomatoes and sugar

  5. simmer for 2 hours
