Relatively healthy spaghetti sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 lb ground chicken
500 ml classico florentine spinach and cheese
650 ml healthy choice chunky vegetable
1 large onion, diced
4 carrots, grated
1 zucchini, grated
2 white mushrooms
1 tbsp light cream cheese
16 oz stewed tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Just brown the meat in one pan.

  2. Move it into a bigger one, with onion and lots of garlic.

  3. then add all other ingredients and let it cook for an hour on simmer.
