Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti sauce

400 g canned tomatoes
100 g tomato paste
2 large onions, diced
2 large zuchini, grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cups spinach
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs oregano, dried
1 tbs basil, dried
1 tsp salt
400 g Beef mince

Recipe Directions for spaghetti sauce

  1. In a deep fry pan, fry Beef and Onions in oil for a few mins, til almost brown, add crushed garlic and herbs fry for a further 3 mins

  2. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste

  3. Add zuchini and spinach, simmer for 20 mins stirring occasionally.

  4. Season with salt to taste

  5. Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and mix
