Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

31 ounces Tomato Sauce, no salt added
10 ounces chopped tomatoes
40 grams green chiles (@ 1/3-1/4 cup)
10 ounces water
12 ounces Tomato Paste
10 ounces bell pepper
10 ounces onion
2 tbs oregano
4 leaves fresh basil, chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

Saute bell pepper and onion in olive oil. Add oregano and basil. Cook for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour.
