Homemade from home canned tomatoes!

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

4 quarts of tomatoes
1 white onion
1 Basil to taste
1 Oregano to taste
1 Thyme to taste

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Lightly saute coarsely chopped onion in non-stick spray (or add olive oil, but don't forget to add that to your calories!).

  2. Drain tomatoes and add to pot.

  3. Use and immersion blender to combine ingredients.

  4. Bring to a boil.

  5. Lightly simmer until desired consistency.
