Home made spaghetti sauce reduced sodium

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti sauce

1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
5 tomatoes crushed/chopped
2 tomatoes pureed
1/2 cup chicken broth
6 oz can tomato paste
3 large carrots, finely chopped
1 cup mushroom
3 stalks celery
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1 tablespoon dried sweet basil
4 bay leaves

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti sauce

Place all ingredients in pot or crock pot. Simmer 2-4 hours or cook in crockpot for 8 hours.
