grandpa's spaghetti sauce, double batch, with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

28 oz Tomato Sauce
56 oz Crushed Tomatoes
18 oz Tomato Paste
36 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
3 medium White Onion
14 oz Mushrooms
8 cloves, raw Garlic
4 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

brown onions & ground beef, add spices to taste, cook mushrooms, simmer everything in tomato products for at least one hour, freeze leftovers for quick meals. options: add mushrooms, or spicy italian sausage or red pepper flakes.
