Quick minced beef and tomato spaghetti sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti sauce

500 g lean ground beef
465 g tinned tomatoes
1 large carrot, grated
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, cubed
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbspn tomato paste
1/4 cup beef stock
1 tspn cooking oil
1 dried herbs, to taste
1 black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti sauce

  1. Fry onions in oil

  2. Add meet, grated carrot, and crushed garlic. Cook thoroughly.

  3. Add tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, pepper and beef stock.

  4. Bring to boil, add cubed pepper and simmer for ten minutes.
