Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3/4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
3 grams Oregano
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
300 grams Chicken, ground, raw
1 1/4 cup Fine Herbs
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
3/4 tbsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

Cook garlic, onions, oil, spices, and mushrooms together on medium heat. Add chicken, and simmer uncovered until mostly cooked. Add Fine Herbs sauce, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes stirring a few times. That simmer will cook the chicken the rest of the way to avoid drying it out.
