A spaghetti sauce for garlic lovers!

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

3 tbsp Olive oil
16 oz stewed tomatoes
2 oz tomato paste
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp Thyme
3 tbsp Garlic
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
4 Celery stalks
1 large onion
6 mushrooms
1 large green pepper

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan on low. When warmed, add in all the spices including the crushed garlic.

  2. Once spices are warmed (about five minutes or so) add in chopped celery and onion then turn stove to medium low.

  3. Once the onions turn opaque, add in the ground beef and cook until the beef turns brown.

  4. After browning the beef, add in the the chopped green pepper and the sliced mushrooms. Let this cook together for about three minutes.

  5. Then, add in the tomato paste and tomato sauce. Let simmer on medium-low for about 30 minutes (the longer it simmers the better the sauce will be. Just remember that if you choose to let it simmer for longer to put it on low).
