Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti sauce w/ chicken thigh and pasta

28 oz diced tomato
18 oz tomato paste
32 oz chicken broth
4 lbs chicken thigh
2 tblsp olive oil
2 tblsp diced garlic
1 tblsp sugar
1 medium onion
2 box penne

Recipe Directions for spaghetti sauce w/ chicken thigh and pasta

  1. saute garlic in onion in olive oil until translucent.

  2. add cut chicken thigh and cook until almost done

  3. Add red cooking wine if desired.

  4. add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and tomato paste to onions and bring to a simmer.

  5. Add parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, red pepper, pepper as desired

  6. add spices as desired

  7. Cook pasta for 8-10 mins while sauce is simmering and then mix all together and serve.
