2 oz neufchatel cheese
57 grams baby bella mushrooms
6 oz spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti and Sauce 3-15-2010

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  2. Chop mushrooms and sautee in oil.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir until blended.

  4. Add neufchatel cheese and stir until blended.
