For the low fat cheese, I suggest velveeta block cheese. Not really a low cal recipe, but it tastes REALLY good. You can probably substitute low cal ingredients, but I won't guarantee the same taste! :-)

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Salad

4 oz of spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp miracle whip
2 1/2 oz low fat cheese, cubed
3 pickles, sweet, diced
1 oz sweet pickle juice
