Ground Turkey with elbow macaroni

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti

1 pound ground turkey breast
3 cups of Classico fire roasted tomato and garlic
1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
3 cups of whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 tbs of olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti

  1. boil water, then put in the macaroni, til tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, mince gralic and onion, sautee with 1 tablespoon of olive oil til just tender, about 3 minutes

  3. Add the spaghetti sauce, simmer til turkey and noodles are done. Stirring occasionally.

  4. Season turkey meat cook to just brown. Drain fluid and add meat to spaghetto sauce.

  5. If noodles are done, drain, rinse with cold water, season the noodles taste, toss, then add with meat to the spaghetti sauce that is simmering. Stir together everything..simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
