Meatless spaghetti.. Use with whole wheat noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti

2 large onions
2 large bell peppers
1 tomato
12 oz tomato paste
12 oz morning star meal starters crumbles
10 oz Garden Burger Mama Mia Meatballs
5 c water
1 t. garlic powder
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti

  1. chop vegetables

  2. brown veggies in pan

  3. add tomato paste and brown lightly

  4. add water and simmer for 45 minutes

  5. add meat crumbles and meatballs

  6. Simmer

  7. add seasonings to taste.
